SCAM

Do not deal with Spartan movers! Total scam! I have called them up a few months back, to make sure that when I would be moving to my new house, I would have a moving company deliver all my things. Everything seemed ok, we agreed on the date and time, and also on the payment I would have to make before my things would be loaded in to the truck. So when it was time to move, I had all my stuff packed in front of my house, waiting for the drivers to come, and when they did, they informed me that I would have to pay double! I said that there is no way I'm paying double, and they told me to look for another moving company! I wasn't able to move that day, because everyone was busy! It's a total scam! Beware!

Shouldn't hire

Do not hire Spartan movers! Their company is nothing but a bunch of lying frauds! They will say anything just to get you to pay them, and will either do a bad job, and brake your things while moving them, or they will not come at all!
Beware of this company!

bad experience

I have also had a really bad experience with these guys. I don't understand how Spartan Movers still manage to exist, when so many people wrote this negative reviews about them. I guess they prey on stupid people, or those who do not bother to read the complaints beforehand. Don't be a fool and do not deal with them!

scammed for $80

Oh yes, I'm so sorry I hired Spartan Movers! I have been scammed for $80.00 after they did the job, they requested more money than what we had agreed upon. Do not deal with these liars! I hope their business will not exist too long!
They do not deserve to be working with people!

Total scammers!

Whatever you do, do not hire Spartan Movers to move your things! I have had very expensive things which needed to be taken from point A to point B, and when the things arrived, as someone already posted it here – they were all broken! Spartan Movers do not care about your things! They drive madly, and they do not secure the things in the truck, so those would not brake! Hire at your own risk and expense!

These people don't know the meaning of "fragile". All such parcels were clearly marked by us prior to the move from California. Upon arrival, we found numerous items broken beyond repair. Some were irreplaceable family heirlooms. They lost the hardware to one of our guestroom beds and said that the would order replacements. That was months ago. No response. So we ended up doing it ourselves. Our grandfather clock was damaged as well. The workers took photos and made out a report. When I called to ask what they were going to do about it, I was rudely told that I had to take more photos. I told the woman that they already had photos and a report. I got hung up on. We had to pay to get the clock fixed. This company is awful. Don't use them!
