Missing Shipment and Late Delivery
My friends sent 2 shipments from the state to my son in Singapore. The shipments arrived Singapore on May 22, 2012, and they are still within their facility on June 6, 2012. One of my shipments has been forwarded to a post office, while the other one is still missing at their sorting facility. I have made 4 oversea calls to them, and their customer service agents are absolutely hopeless, inefficiency and unreliable. They kept telling me that they would follow up (without any response or update) and they have sent the request to other relevant department. It is now over 2 weeks that my shipments are with them. Do not try to communicate via email because you will also hardly receive the reply. This is the WORST POSTAL SERVICE I have ever received from any country.

Mail / Bills not delivered
My complaints and dissatisfaction of your services are as follows :-
1) Bills and mails are never on time and worst not delivered.
2) Neighbours of my block are taking up role for your postmen by returning mails/bills to me or slipped them through my door.
( send to wrong address )
3) Once I found my mail lying in the public lift.
4) Need to called up related offices to check on status of mails frequently due to your postal inefficiency.
I hope the authorities look into this matter seriously.
