Can't get a refund.

On March 15, 2013 I called 1-855-249-8392 and cancelled my Uniblue product, SpeedUpMyPC,and asked for my refund of $29.95. I was told I would get an e-mail saying that my credit went trough.
On March 19, 2013 I called 1-857-241-3662 and got a recording. I left my name and number to call me back. As of today March 27, 2013 I still don't have a reply.
On March 20, 2013 I called 1-857-241-3662 again and got switched over to a full mailbox. Called back again and got switched over to Rebacca. She had me on the phone for a long period of time saying that she was checking. Said she couldn't find anything but if there was a charge on my credit card there will be a 1-800 number there and I should call it. Checked my credit card statement and it didn't have an 800 number under the charge.
On March 25,2013 I called 1857-241-3662 again and got switched to a full mailbox again. Called back again and got switched over to Philp. He said he will cancel for me and I will get a confirmation in my e-mail within 24 hours. Now March 27,2013 and still no e-mail.
