DELIVERY TIME
SPIDER FIREARMS GAVE ME A DELIVERY DATE ESTIMATE OF 3 TO 4 MONTHS TO BUILD A 50 BMG UPPER. WHEN I ASKED ABOUT A LEFT PORT ACTION, HE SAID THAT WOULD TAKE 4 TO 6 MONTHS. WHEN I HESITATED HE VOLUNTARILY SAID, "SHOULD BE SOONER THAN THAT, BUT I'D RATHER DELIVER EARLIER THAN ESTIMATED IN ORDER TO HAVE A HAPPY CUSTOMER!" HE SOUNDED SINCERE, SO I SAID OK.
AFTER TWO YEARS(!) AND MANY "2 TO 4" WEEK PROMISES....STILL NO PRODUCT!! HE REFUSED TO REFUND MY DOWN PAYMENT OF $2100.00 I ASKED FOR OVER A YEAR AGO!
I'VE NEVER HAD SUCH A BAD EXPERIENCE WITH ANY COMPANY, EVER. TAKE MY WORD FOR IT...DON'T EVEN CONSIDER DEALING WITH THIS PERSON!
NOT GOOD AT FILING COMPLAINTS BECAUSE THIS IS MY FIRST IN 50 YEARS OF BUYING FIREARMS PRODUCTS.

Scammed out of $1500.
On 3/29/2016 paid $1500. down to have a Ferret50 built by this company. Delivery date was supposed to be July/August 2016. No gun. Four more date given as delivery dates, still no gun. Drove to FL from WV in November 2016, visited gun shop and was told I would have my gun before Christmas. In Feb. 2017, company admitted they has no barrels to build guns with. We have requested a full refund three times. Now our phone calls are ignored. If you take money for something and never deliver, customer should be refunded, this is fraudulent activity.

26 months I have waited on a rifle upper. Just as the others above stated excuses after excuses and no product. Absolute scam. Sent my money with a delivery date of 6-8 months, and over 2 years later have absolutely nothing to show for it. He has taken the money and laughed all the way to the bank. Dave Moore is the lowest form of scumbag. A Thief.
He used the no barrel manufacturer excuse, as well as the old " throw Pacific Tool and Gauge under the bus" trick saying that he was waiting on the reamers and PT&G were slow. The best is just simply not answering the phone or e-mails.
If you want a 50 BMG upper. Get a Serbu. Mark Serbu will deliver
