Scamming fraudster

Delivered 1,500 deposit on 2/2/17. Expected delivery at end of "6 month production run" at the latest.. Now 3/2018 (13 months later) and nothing to show. Emails and phone calls all met with lies and deception and promises of another 4-6 weeks. He can't get barrels ( or so the story goes) but I suspect no self respecting manufacturer want anything to do with him. It is my considered opinion that he has used the money and has no means to purchase raw materials. He is in the process of trying to sell personal weapons (I would imagine to sustain himself). On both occasions that I have visited his shop his CNC machines were idle. This last time I saw a few raw receivers, but no bolt bodies, barrels, legs, barrel shrouds or anything else. Stay away from this guy. He is nothing but a scamming thief. Hve retained an attorney and intend to get my deposit back as well as fees. Will probably contact the local DA to report this fraud.
