faulty capsules
I find exactly the same thing as others say, maybe 1 out of 5 or 6 Spiriva capsules is empty. After following instructions exactly as stated in product brochure, I find with a full capsule there is a very slight taste in the back of my mouth, However, with the many faulty capsules, there is simply nothing there. Having opened the capsules they are either completely empty or there is a very, very thin bit of white powder adhering to the interior wall of the capsule. I was furious when my pharmacist, said "we don't sell it, we dispense it" . Then I read that those who have contacted manufacturer are told "you are the only one who has complained". BOYCOTT SPIRIVA PLEASE.
The FDA is woefully NOT DOING THEIR JOB and once again BIG PHARMA has got you by the throat. Each day without a proper dose is a day my health is put at risk. Please tell your Physician and complain in any way you know how.

bad dispenser
I have just been told by a pulmonologist that I have a life-threatening lung disease and that Spriva might help me live a slightly longer life.
Why then do I care
a. that the dispenser is pretty. black would have been as suitable.
b. that the dispenser has a pretty shape. shouldn't an engineer have realized that smaller at the bottom and bigger in the middle raises the center of gravity and makes the device easy to tip? square or pyramid would have been cheaper to manufacture.
c. Is there any evidence that this device, with no moving parts, can't last more than 30 days? It's too expensive as it is.
d. that an octogenarian with arthritic fingers can have a hell of a time getting into that capsule packet?
e. I could go on but this accidental red underline is annoying the hell out of me, just like your product does.
