Spokeo unauthorized charges

Spokeo charged my card 3x for an account I never opened. These charges totaled 50$. When I called customer service I was told that they would cancel my account. Once I mentioned the hundreds of online complaints about the unauthorized charges, and that my next call would be to the Attorney General of California I was placed on hold for 1 minute. When the customer service rep eetu3ned he immediately offered a refund. Money was in my account the next morning.
