useless and helpless
I had a problem with my PC software and turned to this company. Well I paid money for fixing the software but it wasn't fixed and my computer was disabled. Now I have to pay more money to fix this problem. Don't use their services, this company is useless and helpless!

SPOTMAU BOOTSUITE 2012 DOESN'T WORK!
I purchased the Spotmau Bootsuite 2012 for $49.95 because they said it would boot up any system that Windows stopped working. I tried the program on my Gateway laptop and it didn't do a thing. It was a total rip-off plus I had to go to Acer to get the real boot disks from Gateway to factory reset the laptop at half the cost.
