Unfortunately I fell victim to Hope who promised me that my husband would come back before Christmas. Sadly this didn't happen and I must of lost close to $4500 on her spells.
I was strung alone and scammed by all three sites below. All website listed were recommend to me by Hope.

There is nothing illegal about it and the forum is not going anywhere. Mr. broken record have your fun. You are helping us. Your idiotic claims have pushed people to the forum, not away. More ppl. are joining everyday. He ended up defaming himself, not the forum or ownder. Scammers are simply not bright. If you read his posts you can see he is crazy and possiblty needs medication.

Dear Monroetum, I merely requested this particular site remove the misrepresentation of our names and false affiliation to another, and they did without the aid of my legal team. You are correct in that most of the time a person would need to exert a take down order issued by the courts to remove any offensive textual or pictured content however, in this instance it wasn't necessary for me to go this rout.
Further, this particular site Owner went on to investigate the posted information about ourselves and determined that it was incorrect and moreover, made this clear to her members through a public posting.
The issues between us and the site in question was resolved to our satisfaction within a matter of one to two days at the most. Now, I don't know if this is the case with every issue concerning this site and its Owners interaction with others, but it was the case with us.
These are facts my friend, and my personal account of what transpired between ourselves and the site mentioned in this thread. I would say, that if you have hard evidence here that can further be backed up with official site records, then I would urge you to come forward with this evidence at this time.
This is the deciding factor when taking something like this to the “Peoples Court”, or online. Then I would advice you to take it to the Department Of Justice, as I would suggest to the site Owner to do with anything she might have concerning this event, or in backing her alleged complaint of harassment against her by yourself.
Again, if you feel that the site in question is guilty of a specific infringement or trespass, then produce hard core proof of this event with any compelling evidence that you might have and hence, Again I would advise the site in question to do the same.
It's terribly unfortunate that this sort of thing has to take place on-line, but it happens lol. Basically, it comes down to the proof that is produced that in-turn, establishes credibility when it comes to online disputes, as was, and is in our case. Ultimately, we identified and exposed the stalker/ scammer on line and then sued her for roughly $200, 00.00, simply because she didn't have the good sense to back away while the getting was good.
Now, I know that one Individual on the site in question posted a statement that to divulge personal information about an ex-client turned stalker wasn't acceptable yet, this is a matter of opinion especially, when this stalker has been attacking us for going on five years now with the sole intent to harm our business via posting repetitive and hostile lies on sites just like this one. The comment from the site in question, or the site apparently owned and operated by the person named Hope, is still showing up on the search engines as:
“ I personally never would go to a spellcaster who divulged another's private info. I feel the same about pyschics. It is hard to not come across”. Ok, an opinion here but still not really the whole story, perhaps she didn't have the whole story before making the comment. Yet, the Owner did ask for membership before viewing the page, and the previous negative information was removed once on the page, Thank You for that Hope.
The site Owner has also stated on her site, she won't get involved in a conflict, or won't allow folks to abuse her site, to which I understand fully but on the same premise, I will not be pulled up into this conflict however, I would say, I hope the truth comes out even if it has to be in a court of law, to which I recommend strongly for both sides. The web will only get you so far in the final analogy as I've learned in the past but court ends the conflict entirely.
Only through the courts, will we know the whole story of what's transpired here plus, you never know, maybe the perpetrator won't respond to the summons such as our stalker didn't, then the truthful person can post the out come of such an event on the air ways for all to see in a effort to clear their good name. Lastly, down with scam sites and stalkers and up with decent people and truth. Thank you on both sides for taking the time to read this post. Jim Morgan

She prepared a good luck amulet for me to keep it in my purse with my money, I still have it with me, I have not won the jackpot, but my finances are getting organized and I stopped throwing money away on psychics and spellcasters, as my spending in that area was out of control, I guess it is working.

I just gave her my name dob, i did not give her details of my situation. Her reading was very accurate and she told me things she had no way or knowing. She reads with the spirits of Palo Myombe, she also talks about the spirits of Santeria, I think she works both.

I am new to the forum. I have been reading all the comments about yaya so i decide to give her a try. After having so many bad experiences with fake spellcaster online so i start my phone consultation with yaya thinking that she"ll try to sell me something or get me scare to do something right away. Hey - great to read your comment lady7728, I've been up and down again lately, waiting to hear from yaya, I hope I haven't done anything to upset our situation - i've been contacting some of the casters that have been popping up in the forum, but really only out of curiosity, they all look like scammers but i get a kick out of contacting them now just to see what kind of crap they will come out with. Yes I totally agree with what you said, Yaya is definitely the one to help us - I hope I haven't done anything to irritate the situation.

The scenario and outline offered by yourself Poster against the site in question, can apply to several scam sites operating on the Internet today in that they know very little about the magical discipline they offer to the public, listing other sites off the Internet as scams to drive business back to themselves and using readings as a bait to snare folks up into expensive spell castings that do nothing in the end.
The facts you've offered here are somewhat compelling but inconclusive at best in that your really not offering substantial third party proof such technical evidence past a listing of Host servers and web sites and therein is the problem, plus you really don't offer your real name or transcripts between yourself and this site etc.
The transcripts are interesting however these don't seem to have the sender, receiver or time stamps above the actual transcripts themselves that I can see. In other words, this evidence would be far more credible and compelling if the components above were included within the whole body of the text, or in having the full transcript in it's original form.
Concerning the alleged class action suit cited as: “14-9742-D now filed against spsreviewforum.com and orishaashe.com”, I would strongly advise folks to look this legal action up first to verify the statement above of a lawsuit actually being launched against any company or person.
You would commence this background check by simply going to the Country, Provence, State or County public records to see if it exist. Of course, Should the Plaintiff in this matter provide us all a link to a direct record coming from a official court site of any such action being filed anywhere on the site in question, then this would be greatly appreciated and would not only give more credibility to the posting Plaintiff, but close this dispute entirely between the two warring factions here.
You seem to have a greater knowledge then most in outlining the religious practice of “Palo Mayombe”, and I don't doubt that you have educated yourself in the practice by speaking to the best in this field of magical practice however, it would be helpful if you could produce emailed statements from these Master Practitioners as professional source references.
In short, perhaps they could write you a email outlining the provisions and code of conduct for their particular practice and moreover, their personal experience of dealing with the defendant site in question.
Let me just make a couple of statements very clear here in that: I hate scammers, liars and slander first off, and I absolutely don't have any mercy or tolerance for anyone whom attempts to, or actually scams the public in any way, shape or form however, there is a process in discerning the truth and exposing a scam site or person.
Folks just can run around calling each other scams without proof of their statement, Just like sites can't go around listing other sites as scams without hard record proof of the statement or event. It's just not prudent to do so as any Individuals whom take part in this activity open themselves up to hard hitting and long reaching litigation against themselves once found.
Finding Individuals guilty of online liable and or slander isn't that hard these days as you might think especially, when you employ a technical evidence firm that collects post IP's and other electronic footprint information such as we do. We also employ a legal firm that specializes in online criminal activity and thus, the site being accused has my Attorneys name, phone and address and so does the Plaintiff in this matter. In other words put technologically to work for you in resolving this case should you feel compelled to do so.
Yet, this is a costly pursuit that will cost $5, 000.00 to $10, 000.00 yet, sometimes extreme situations call for extreme measures. Now, I have a proposition for all concerned that would be more cost effective and time efficient if you care to take me up on the following offer. I have a friend that has 12 to 15 different on-line radio stations that might be the answer to resolving this conflict.
My offer is as follows: I would invite Hope and all involved to come on air and vent their side of the story in a fair handed and evened minded program, simple as that. I'm giving everyone the opportunity to come on live radio to not only tell their side of the story, but to present any proof that they have of wrong doing and or, unethical behavior coming form one against the other.
Please keep in mind that if you or the other chooses not to come on the show then the other, will more then likely post the default of your inability to be presence and moreover, this will cause others to believe that your in the wrong and act accordingly in their future post against you. This is a free radio program and it won't cost anyone a dime past what it cost for you to make the call.
It's an hour to two hour program designed to get to the bottom of any conflict in a fair and timely manner, I will be there to ensure this. This station is about exposing wrong doing and resolving in-line disputes, just so you know. It also affords everyone the opportunity in stepping up to the plate in presenting their case to thousands of people and or, to clear your good name over the Internet.
Real names are required along with any pertinent evidence that you might have concerning the misdeeds of another, so be ready to go. The show will be conducted in a rational and disciplined manner and further, everyone will have their time to speak via a given time allotment, there will be no screaming of false allegations thrown around, and only the facts will be presented.
The show itself is a neutral and non-judgmental broadcast regarding any guest that might appear, and ganging up on the other won't be tolerated in the remotest sense. In short, a controlled environment with a professional team of radio personalities that govern the shows direction to an extent, but won't inhibit the flow of conversation as long as obscenities aren’t used.

Incidentally, Ray Meseroll AKA Dr Fila was at one time, someone whom had been scammed by several readers and spell casters alike who further, would like to get to the bottom of scam complaints and so, this is why he started up the station Hot Topic. In essence a fair man whom like myself that hates injustice of any kind.
So basically, you will have a two career spell casters being myself and wife of Jan Windglows, and a once victim, now professional broadcasting personality, that will take the air while looking out for the well being and interest of the Public at large, be it the victim of a scam or, a site Owner being falsely accused.
Again, we don't see why anyone would reject this offer unless they have something to hide and that, any person in the right would jump at this opportunity to be heard by thousands, if not hundreds of thousands of people. Again, we look forward to hearing from all of you. J.M

Thank you Mr Morgan for bringing your words of wisdom to this horrendous situation, it is getting out of hands, every attacks is worse than before.
We can always use the inputs of a neutral intelligent party.
For sure I am taking your offer, I will contact Dr. Fila tomorrow, we need to put a name behind this attacker and so far all we have are multiple anonymous accounts, using different names, hiding behind proxy servers and making lie after lie.
I know how expensive it is to take legal action, we still do not know who is behind these reports. The services of the Private Investigator are rather costly as well. I got a partial report, but there is a long way to go and funds are limited, this is a free forum, not a business.
Once I talk to Dr Fila, I will email you to let you know . Thank you for giving us a way to find the truth.

Ok Hope, this is great and we look forward to having you on the show, and we can only hope that your opposition will contact us and show up as well.
Should they not be reading this thread then perhaps, you can post your notification of appearing on the show and possibly issue a challenge for them to appear as well wherever they might be hanging out.
I'm not really seeing them respond to this thread and so, this is rather disappointing to me as it would be in their best interest to not only respond to my offer, but to actually appear on the show in question to present their alleged evidence against you.
Whomever chooses not to appear on the show will pretty much indicate to others a sense of their guilt, or refusal to cooperate and this will certainly work against their credibility in the future, I'm afraid.
If one side shows up and the other doesn't then of course, it will be a one sided interview to the others detriment and hence, I wold strongly recommend that they contact us and show up in order to represent themselves.
We would rather have a two sided discussion rather then something that appears to be a one sided bash party.
The show will be recorded and used to established guilt or innocents, and the tape will go to the innocent party to do with as they will should they request this particular show tape.
Another benefit would be in that, the innocent party will have the benefit of not only having the tape to use at will, but in having those of us conducting, and taking part in the show to vouch for and or, attest to the facts of what actually transpired throughout the show itself should it be challenged in the future at anytime.
Your apparent cooperation in committing to this particular broadcast implies innocents however, we will permit the show establish guilt or innocents according to the evidence presented by yourself, members, and the seemingly many people who have been posting against your site on this site and the Rip Off Reports.
Again, we would encourage you Oppositions to appear as well be they one person or many, so we can get their side of the story and via receiving any proof of their statement that they may offer to us such as transcripts, receipts, recordings or otherwise to prove that wrong doing might be in play on whatever level.

After being advised by several law enforcement authorities that explained the law of speaking about this over the public radio during there criminal investigation would not be well advised, people doing this could be summoned for Obstruction of justice charges for taking part in this.
the attorney's part of this multi leveled class action lawsuit and court officials have also explained that this is not advised legally either and this will rather be settled in a court of law due to the criminality involved in this matter where these people will need to take responsibility for there criminal actions in front of the prosecution, not on a free internet radio station there is no justice being served this way for any of the victims, Even if people are located in the UK or other places in the country and world federal law enforcement authorities are now involved in this multi person scam and contacting multiple sources, this will eventually be seen in several court systems and the victims of this scam that have been taken for thousands of there money and abused during there hard times just to seek help and then being scammed by these websites is horrid and they will have there justice.
Ultimately spsreviewforum and "Hope" along with several of her accomplices hold much of the responsibility for this criminality and her own website forum, Ebay Accounts and private messages will serve as its own personal account for the prosecution from recorded conversations that prove her involvement in this new aged psychic scam

You dont have to be a genius to understand whats going on with this Scam website which is funneling people from its reviews to its own website, ebay and accounts where people are scammed, just read a few of the reviews on these sites and ebay comments its so clear that you would need to be illiterate to not see it.
This review forum scam was not well thought out enough, massive errors were made in the process of this scam and they are not able to cover up there accounts, emails, IP's well enough,
even if we look at this with basic Civil laws and legalities how could someone make a website that consists of content that could be construed as slander, libel and defamation of character from unaccredited sources and anonymous listings leaving so much open for illegal marketing campaigns without thinking eventually these other business's would take legal action against this website to begin with and that isn't even getting into the intricate legal details of there own "New Aged Psychic Scam" that they have going on with there personal referrals to there own website affiliates
Do these people think that people are dumb? really?
they have personal accounts they are getting paid from not there website forum donation link site. this is insulting that this person hope actually continues to try to cover up her scam and lies after being exposed by so many people
but lets have a court of criminal law ... with a Jury ... take a listen to this and see what there plea is after enough evidence comes out from all these victims that have already contacted our group

Ok then, It's on the record that your passing us up this offer of our help in resolving this issue due to alleged legal reasons yet, even though we would like to have you there to tell your side of the story, we do understand.
Should Hope decide to show up as she has stated that she would, she will tell her side of the story to DJ Fila on the prescribed station and time without your side being represented by anyone, but should you or any other change your minds at anytime, the offer still stands.
We haven't heard back from Hope as of yet however, in the event we don't, then it's a closed issue for myself and these post will be self-explanatory in themselves to all that read them concerning one, or both sides rejecting the offer for whatever reasons.
What we think at this point isn't retaliative yet we do enjoy exposing scam sites. When the alleged case is through on your end we would very much like to see the judgment you obtain. Ok then may justice prevail.
