contact Plimus at [email protected] and tell them you want a refund. They will help you get your money back.
You have to tell them you do not want technical support that you want a full refund of the purchase price.
Stay away Spytech is a scam.

jimc_fl – As we stated in our refund email – we are sorry you had problems installing the software you purchased. We have been in business since 1998 and have thousands upon thousands of satisfied users, and hundreds of awards from various software review/media outlets for our products. If we were a scam operation we certainly would not offer products along with 24/7 support and free remote assistance after processing orders, nor would we offer fully functional free trials of our software that any visitor to our website can try before purchasing. We also would not have refunded your order the same day you requested so, despite never being given any chance to assist you. Software can never be made 100% compatible with every single computer out there, which is why we offer comprehensive support at no additional charge. Having technical issues with our product, and refusing any support outright in your initial, and only contact with us, should not automatically categorize our company as a ‘scam’.
