I've purchased Universal Administrators policy through Stanley Warranty in April. Now I have two claims, but both companies are making me run around. First, Stanley Warranty told me to wait and then sent me to Universal Administrators. Universal Administrators send me back to Stanley Warranty. I don't know what's wrong with these two companies, all I know that I paid $700 for the warranty policy and I still haven't been paid for my broken home equipment.

Bad service and sent me a check

I am waiting to repair about 2 month ago the toilet of my home. 23671 Dune Mear Rd. Lake Forest, Ca. 92630, also. I bought about 3 month I called for repair my dishwasher., Universal Administrator told me that I bought a new dishwasher and they sent me the amount of 150.00 . Today, is January 20th and did not sent me any pluming to repair the toilet and did not sent me the check by $ 150.00 .

Universal Administrator have a lot of complaints of services, what kind of fraud business is that!!! my email is [email protected]
