FRAUD, SCAM
They sent us the most conflicting Email I've ever seen. We are not members, I don't think, but own
Timeshare which, apparently is associated with Star Vacations, which we didn't know. We're pursuing legal action.

re associated with other Timeshares, which we did not know. Fortunately, we are not members, but can't figure why they're commenting on something we own.

Customer beware! Scam!
Star Vacation Club also operates at Silver Lakes Vacation Club, supposedly an RCI Points Resort, in Helendale, CA. If one checks out on the BBB site, you will find a red alert for Silver Lakes Vacation Club. They were supposed to transfer some of our equity in another Timeshare as part of the contract, which would relieve us from responsibility in that one. This was never done, and at the moment, we're gathering more facts about the contract- I'm sure it was never recorded as a deed. Beware!!

Took Our Money and Ran
Joined this company several years and have been to one of their condos for 1 week 3 or 4 years ago. No complaints. Have paid annual membership dues plus a little over $500 we paid for another vacation that had to be postponed due to family emergency. Now their website does not work. All phones have been disconnected and Beth {Elizabeth} Valente in Batavia, IL, who allegedly runs this operation is under so many investigations and lawsuits that she cannot be reached.
I see lots of fraud and scam complaints about Star Vacation Club, Travel Service Network, and other business she allegedly ran which scammed lots of people across the country. If this is the correct person, I wish her and her coconspirators nothing but the very best cells located 2 floors underground in the meanest prison in Illinois so she can never see the light of day again!!!!!
