ENDED UP CALLING THE POLICE. ( STATION CARS )
For a tour we were asked 670 pounds. For 8 hours starting from 10am. Entire amount was taken when we started and for which we were not given any receipt, from his office in Hayes and hallington. We booked a 8 seater as I was travelling with my family of 4 adults and small kid and our elder parents above 70 years of age. We wanted to go as many places as possible. Windsor palace, bath, Oxford, Cambridge, and places on the way. The car was small for us and we were totally cramped. The driver was not a driver, but a dictator. He started with his speeches explaining how good he was. He said he had buildings in Dubai and Abu Dhabi and visited UAE very often. And was driving as slow as he can so that we can hardly see places. When we complained him he became very angry and used abusive language he could use, when we started to reply he dropped us near Oxford in a remote place and threw out luggage on the pavement. With family and elders who could hardly walk we were clueless of where to go and since we told him that we are calling police and giving a complain. This guy brought police and had complaint against us just to save himself. He complaint saying that we abused him, hit and hurt him. Thankfully police understood the entire situation and ordered him to leave us back to the hotel. We are very thankful to the British police as they were really kind to help us out and clearly understood the intentions of the driver.
