Deduction
My SAWA no is 0507634231. Every week, SR 5 is deducted from my balance. If I keep the balance below SR 5 at the due time of deduction, it is deducted as soon I recharge and bring the balance to more than SR 5. The message is sent as " your last call cost SR 5" Kindly stop the service which is deducting. Thanks Tarique

dear stc
there is a deduction of 5sr from my sawa card balance by showing a message "last call cost=5.00sr",i don't know which subscription is active,I just want to cancel if any subscription is active and prevent loss of balane.please deactivate these unknown money eating subscriptions so that i can continue using sawa.

SAR 5 Deduction
SOLUTION:
Here's a step by step guide how to attempt to get rid of those annoying regular charges by STC.
Step 1: Send a blank SMS to the following two numbers: one to 800828 and one to 800444. If your phone does not allow you to send a blank SMS, enter a space character and send it.
Step 2: Wait. You may have to wait a few hours or even a day or two to get a reply from both numbers. Wait until you have recevied the reply from both numbers.
Step 3: In the replies, you will (hopefully) see a list of services that you somehow got subscribed to. To unsubscribe, you need to send the list number back to the number that you received the SMS from. So, for example, if you get a response from 800828 and you see in the list: '1 Facebook - 86677' then you need to send '1' (without quotes) to 800828.
Step 4: Wait. Nothing may happen for a while. Give it a few hours, or even a day or two.
Step 5: If you are lucky, you will get a message confirming that you have unsubscribed from the service. In this case, send another blank SMS to the same number to make sure you have unsubscribed.
Step 6: If you are unlucky, you will get some sort of error message, or no message at all. In this case, try again. You may have to repeat steps 3 and 4 several times to make it to step 5. If still no luck, I'm sorry, you are screwed.

unauthorized SAWA charge deduction
Since one week every day I am loosing SR. 10/- from my SAWA pre paid mobile # 0500319971 in the name of ring tone downloading, I don’t want it. I didn’t subscribe for that service. It is a real cheating. So, please stop it.

PROMOTION
I received a text May 26 2013 from STC informing me that if you topped up SR300 plus you would get SR1500 worth and offer expires in 7 days. As I was going to top up anyway I thought I would take advantage of the offer. Well while you do get SR1500 'FREE' it has to be used by June 6 2013. I guess this is how they get people to rush out and top up the card. The balance did not show me that I had SR1500 FREE, so be warned, there is always a price to pay if it says FREE as not too much in this day and age is free.

Lost Unlimited Calls
Please be informed that I availed an unlimited calls, as follows:
1. SR 89.00 sent 9004 to 902 on September 30, 2013 – The unlimited call was lost/disappear today before 12:00 pm. (This is supposed to be good for one (1) month).
2. SR 7.00 sent 9001 to 902 on October 3, 2013 (today) – The unlimited call was lost disappear only today after few minutes calls.

Losing halala's

I am losing daily 25 +25..etc halalas from my sawa Number pre-paid.. When i logon My STC, i came to know that there is some sms were gone to ub known number (showing +447860015071, & 15063) from my sawa number 0507544698...Physically i am not making any sms...

Losing halala's daily
Dear Sir,
On daily basis i am losing some halalas from my sawa number 0507544698. when i call 900, it is confirmed that there is no paid subscription is activated, and customer service agent told me that bcz of GPRS and advised me to deactivate GPRS from my setting.. Actually i am not using mobile data, then how come deducting from my sawa..?
Secondly then when i logon to MY STC i noticed that there is charged against some sms to un known numbers..
Number shown as +447860015071 and 15068... Actually i am not making any sms from my mobile to such numbers..
its like a trap..
Please help me to block it
Now i am afraid to recharge my sawa
