I' m a sawa service user.my mobile number is 0532457318. i m daily receiving several sms in Arabic and for every 7 days deducting from my balance an amount SR 5 . I' m very much fedup of this SMS and deducting the money from my mobile A/C. I just want to unsubscribe this service...

dear sir, i am a sawa service user my cell NO 0505257527 is blocked tor more than two weeks NO OUT GOING CALLS, so i went to office on malik fahad ring road met customer service Representative he checked the computer and said its OK and sent me but the problem was still there i came once again he said you recharge your mobile to SR 100 which i did the account was recharged, just after two minute once again the mobile service was BARED, i came the third day and met the supervisor and he toOK the details and said it will be Ok in 24 hours BUT NOTHING IS HAPPENED I WANT TO KNOW AS WHAT IS HAPPENING MY BALANCE RECHARGED IS ALSO DISAPPEARED PLEASE LET ME KNOW ITS URGENT

sir i m sawa service user,,my cell no is 0534597743,i recharge my account on 21 of june,,i got an offer from sawa promo that if i pay 10 sr i will get 100 sr credit bonus free for 7 days to any stc numbers ao i activate this offer on 21 of june,,and make a call only for 2 minutes.today 23 of june when i try to make a call thare is no balance,,so i want to write a complain,,plz chech thoroughly that whats the problem.give me my balane back plzzzzzzzz

deduction of amounts
Dear Sirs, i have 2 services which i'm subscribed to without my concern and i visited STC branch King Abdulaziz Road and King Fahd Also and they promised me to cancel them, but nothing happened until now,and the total amount taken from me exceeds 500 riyals and every branch sends me to the other one and your call center never answers on my calls as i asked others too. these 2 subscribtions are 1 SAU ENGLISH WALLPAPER AND 2 SAU GAMES CLUB, so please let me know if a big company like STC can't stop this , close down and let other companies work, rather than allowing people to steal our money. my number is 050 171 8988.
Note: The employee himself at STC sent a cancellation message from my phone and nothing happened, and when you send a request message on 800828 you still get these subscriptions valid.

Out going Calls Blocked
All my outgoing calls are bocked. My SIM card / phone no is 0558964612 Sawa - It is registered with my Iqama No 2318510563 When I cal I get a voice message as "You are Void because of No Service" The phone is having a Balance of More than SAR 27 and vaid up to 29/6/2013 Please do the needful to enable me to make calls from this phone.
