Cigarettes Not Puffing
i too have been having the same problem for months but as a smoker i keep on . i was thinking of changing brands but as i have just read it isnt only sterling. well what a rip off . the cost is so much more yet quality is shit where is the quality control in this or they all redundant now and we are english and will accept anything.
i am now going to smoke roll ups as they do not go out as often as sterling and are cheaper.
if the government think its a good way to make people quit god help our future taxes !!!

Cigarettes Not Puffing
silk cut cigarettes are the same of complaints above.they are dangerous as big lumps of hot ash fall off. so how are they supposed to be safer ? you puff and theres just no taste and no smoke either.have to keep lighting them as they keep going out. so god knows what
they are putting in them. they smell like old rope.so i think it effects all brands and doesnt matter where you buy them they are all the same in faults.and ive bought them in south wales, kent and all over the uk.the only different ones are duty free .i did complain to the makers after i managed to track them down and was told it a goverment regulation for safety.(ha ha) very safe when lumps fall off. and burn clothing and carpets.i live in south wales and my e-mail address is [email protected] does anyone else ever get a sore throat and burning taste in the mouth ?

possible fake cigarettes
I've been buying your cigarettes for many years but it seems that something has either changed in your cigarettes or there is fake cigarettes being sold from shops.
The problem is that they seem to be very harsh and give me a bad cough and bad chest, i've thrown away 2 packets now because they were that bad and i believed that maybe the local shops to me were selling fake cigarettes so i bought some from a different shop and yet these seem just as harsh, i bought a different brand just to see if it was your cigarettes and it seems that it is.
So could you please tell me if you have changed in anyway the way your cigarettes are made also are you aware of fake sterling cigarettes going around.
I look forward to your reply
Regards

Poor Quality & Bad Taste
I recently purchased 20 Sterling Superking from my local off-licence and have found two distinct issues with this particular brand. Firstly, 8 of the cigarettes had tears in the paper, making them unable to be smoked! Secondly, they leave a metallic, odd taste; which seems odd considering previous experience of the brand.
I have smoked Sterling Superking for almost 3 years and am extremely dissatisfied with this product. This is not the first incident I have experienced with the brand.
Sterling has built up a decent rapport over the past few years (regardless of price increase). But, recently, the quality has dipped significantly.
Extremely disappointed. Rory, Lincoln.
