their appraiser was a joke
They sent an appraiser who was late, reported only 3 bedrooms but took pictures of four. Failed to record the acres number correctly. The guy literally was a maroon. Beware of this company

appraisal
stay away from this Company, what a joke. ths so called appraisal cost me $ 480 and it came back super low, compared to other homes in my area. the appraiser had no clue what she was doing, spent a whole 15 minutes in the home.
