Avoid Stripe, Inc!
We decided to deal with Stripe,Inc, because we needed a special account where we could make payments for our business. After some time we received complaints from other companies claiming we are dealing with another business. We tried to explain, that this is a mistake, but it was difficult. I write this report, because i'm sure that stripe, Inc are supposed to check situations like this, and make sure it won't happen again.

WILL NOT PAY
Total joke, no phone support, holding on to over $50,000 of customers charges right now. 33 emails, and 5 voicemails to some phone number that only accepts messages, the only response I ever get is, "We emailed you on this date, please respond to the questions in that email" Well I did not get that email and no one will send it again for me to fix what they think is the issue. Two accounts with them, both hung up in the same issue for over 60 days now. AVOID these people at ALL costs. Easy setup and charge away, then comes the issues.

This company started out great then after processing $14,000 and sending me funds I decided everything was fine with them and just focused on my business. Over the weekend I had a large amount of transactions that totaled over $4,000 and when it came time to pay they froze my ability to withdraw my funds into my bank account. No reasons no info, no response to emails and ofcourse no phone number to call. Almost 4 months has passed and I have taken the initiative to post 1 bad review of them wherever I can until they wake up and pay me my money. They only care about their large companies like Lyft and Sinemia, remember you are a nobody to them and opt out of their arbitration by just sending them an email when you open an account. (Supreme Court ruled forced arbitration is illgeal)
Use a merchant you can trust or they will ruin your business like they have mine.
Good Luck!
