sells unsafe product
Buyer, beware and NEVER EVER purchase their kids toys!! This company is not safe and they sell dangerous items! I purchased an electronic toy for my kids and it wasn't safe and hurt my kid with a electrical shock. I contacted seller and I claimed for a refund but my claim was left without a response. Beware and better stay away from them, this company is not safe at all!!

Excellent Customer Service!
We were looking for an electric kid's car for our granddaughter. After looking online at the assembly process of these toys, I was very leery about getting one. I stumbled on the stuff4children.com website while searching and called them. I spoke with Hope who sent me a model specific "How-To" video that was extremely helpful. They quickly responded to all calls and emails. Our assembly was done with ease and confidence thanks to the fabulous customer service! Our granddaughter has had a blast with her new car! Will buy there again for sure!!

wonderful buying experience & superb customer service
Honestly I'm quite lost as to why anyone would have a complaint about this business? I believe the complaint posted Apr. 7th, 2013, is a person who's upset & hurt by their child's injury & felt someone should be held responsible. The worst part is not only did a terrible unfortunate injury happen to they're child, they're tarnishing this business's reputation for no good reason! Stuff4children sells, or in their case sold, item's for children. There's a HUGE difference between selling & making/manufacturing an item. I believe the proper place to have posted their complaint would've been w/ the actual manufacturer. My personal experience w/ Stuff4children.com was phenomenal. I plan to continue buying items from them, & would HIGHLY RECOMMEND to my family, friends, anyone!
