Made a purchase from their website suddenvalues.com and never received what I purchased! Tried to contact them several times, it seems like they customer support service and a phone line are just a jokes. Send them and email claiming for a refund and received nothing instead! Beware!

I purchased a pair of Beats by Dr. Dre about two months ago and haven't receive them until now. Tried to contact this dealership several times but was ignored. Beware and better don't deal with SuddenValues.com!

waste of money
Avoid this seller at all costs and do not buy from SuddenValues.com!!! i made a purchase and my order supposed to be delivered ion 14 days but I never received it! I send them many mails and tried to call many times but I was simply ignored. This company is just a complete fraud and must be avoided! Don't waste your money with them!

Depuis environ un mois vous avez videz mon entrepot de stockage , J'ai a trois reprises terminé la mission pour la grande salle de concert mais je ne l'ai pas. Aussi la mission qui me demande de me rendre au niveau 3 dans Farmville je suis au niveau 13 et la mission n'est pas terminée. Quand je visite mes amis et qu'il y a tentative de connexion au serveur je perds des marchandises a chaque fois et le seul. Quand allez-vous regler ces problèmes.SVP j'attends une réponse,

Bose Headphone order 7 months late
I placed a headphone order on 8/20/13 and since then have made over a dozen phone calls and at least a half dozen emails asking for status or update. The phone no longer accepts messages and have resorted to emails but never received a response even though I put in a historical log of the other failed attempts.
This should warrant for some sort of class action suit .
