Horrendous Vacation Experience

I have added the link to my blog which outlines my experience and the complaint and the chain of events that followed. There are photos of the 'resort' included in the link.
Please save yourself a headache and bad experience by reading it and not booking with this company or the hotel involved. The advertisements are misleading, the hotel review section of course is disabled and no accountability is assumed for anything negative that a traveler experiences.
The customer service is atrocious and as I continue to research I find this seems to be the 'norm' for Sunwing. I erred by listening to family and friends and not doing my own homework.
