Sunwing January 25 2018 Montreal 6:00 AM to Camaguey CUBA

Voici quelques photos de nos bagages briser suite au vol w614 de Montréal a Camagüey le 25 janvier 2018 , je me suis rendu à ma représentante Olive à l’hôtel brisas santa Lucia lorsque j’ai constaté que mes bagages étaient hommager. Voici quelques images donc vous auriez déjà reçu de la part de ma représentante . J’espère avoir dédommagements a cette effets cela fait déjà deux semaines depuis mon retour et je n’ai toujours pas de retour de Sunwing nous étions un groupe de 12 personnes et d’autres personnes de notre groupe on subit la même choses pour leur valises.

When we arrive at the Resort we indicated to our representatives Olive from Sunwing at Brisas. We provide her the items that are damages items and the damages luggage’s. She confirmed to us that she submitted the Complaint form to Sunwing in Montreal.
Why are we complaining: Many items was roughly broken and damages when it was load into the plane in Montreal.
Once we arrived back home and contact Sunwing they add no records and provide an email address to send out complain. The email address is no longer valid what a joke.

Customer is horrible we would like to be reimbursed for the damage goods and the damages luggages.
Also when we book the vacation it was a direct flight and we purchase our seats.
2 weeks before departure they change to 1 stop on the return flight and they change our seats. Our daughter and her son of 4 year old didn’t have seat together. This is what happens when you book with Sunwing.
Most of our family members return on Feb 1st and the Flight was ok. My husband and I return on the Feb 8 not at all the same experience.
Camaguey to Santa Clara stop for 1 hour
On our way to Montreal we add to do other Stop in Varadero. Cuba to drop off 1 person Stop and stay in the plane for 1 hour and 25 minutes and then we got to Montreal.
On March 1st as at times the hassle one has to go through to claim for a refund can be extremely frustrating. Items than luggage is precious to traveler, and so please handle all with care.
