Sunwing really does not care

I paid for 7 days and they provide 6 days. No apologies, no concerns and no refunds. I haven't even left yet for our holiday and I get a call from itravel2000 letting me know that our sunwing flight to Toronto from Cuba on the 7th of Jan will now leave 10 hours earlier as they need the plane earlier in Toronto to pack it up again to bring another load of travellers to Cuba. So my vacation is cut short by a full day with no apology, concerns or compensation. All they said is that when you schedule your flight, there is no guarantee that the flight times will be as noted. Wow!! You really don't deserve customers Sunwing or itravel2000. One day you will realize that it is customers satisfaction that get them to return to service. thanka for ripping me offf!!!!!
