poor service, unprofessional
Called to this company because I needed some help with my computer. They connected me with a technician who was from India and didn't help me at all. He simply didn't listed about the problem I had and it seemed that he ignored everything what I told him. I just wasted my time and money and I will never recommend this company to anyone!!

Superior Tech Help - Computer
After paying another company to stop continual pop-ups and offers of virus protection, plus warnings of potential "crashes", etc., I called this company, and while the tech seemed to listen and resolve my issues, in the next few days, my PC would not allow me to access anything. I wrote them a letter in longhand to cancel this service, as I had a bad experience with another company once before. My future money will be spent locally with someone I can trust and who comes recommended by others. To have this many problems on a new computer is absolute evidence that these companies obtain your information, and then "take over" your PC, telling you that "someone" is operating in the background.- and charge you quite a large amount for this "service." I'm disputing both of these rip-offs with my banker's help.

SUPERIOR TECH HELP
My advice is to stay as far away from this outfit as possible. I spent over EIGHT HOURS on the phone and laptop yesterday, after being promised my problem would be "solved in 45 mins. to one hour" remotely on the laptop. I spent many excruciating minutes on the telephone with one employee after another, who I could barely understand because of heavy accent, saying over and over again "i'm sorry, I didn't understand that, please repeat", and the like. Extremely poor sound quality - too much background noise compounded that problem. At one point the screen froze up as the Tech was working, sat like that for over an hour, and I was left wondering what the H was going on. It was in safe mode, so I did not want to touch it. Finally the Tech called and said the problem was on my end, I should re-boot the laptop. I sat for hours watching what 3 different Techs did - which was practically nothing. The mouse pointer would go back and forth, repeating the same actions over and over again, accomplishing nothing. Honestly, I could have and have done more creative problem solving myself!! Finally, in the early evening, after putting up with this since around 10:30 am, the 3rd Tech announced (in the chat box) that he was going on break and would be back in 20 minutes. He left a window open that he had been studying - the MS problem solving blog site!! I waited 25 minutes, he did not return. I had had enough, figured he hoped I would disconnect. At that point, I emailed the company requesting a refund, which they did give today - with no apologies or explanation. They just don't care, they deal in volume. Today I discovered many things the techs have screwed up -!!. Now I'll have to find another, reputable place to try and solve the ONE relatively minor issue I am trying to solve.
So DO NOT CLICK ON THE LITTLE MICROSOFT PERSON WITH THE HEADSET ON that tells you to call a number - it's a racket...they send you to this ridiculous excuse for a Tech company that hires BUFFOONS!

Superior Tech and Avangate TechLiveconne
I was contacted by phone by Superior Tech who reported that I had a lot of virus contamination in my computer and for $249 they would "take over" my computer and fix them. Also they "sold" me insurance from Avangate TechLLiveconne for future contamination for $49. Both amounts of money were charged on my VISA card and paid by me in October 2013. Since then I have had great suspicion re their reliability and honesty. I called Bank of America to report this possible SCAM, but did not start action against Superior Tech and Avangate Techliveconne. Please do not trust this company in the future. Thank you. Edward S. $250.00 later still not fixed & cyber slight of hand
I thought I was dealing with HP but find out it is Superiortech who invaded three computers in my home on the pretense of needing access to fix the HP computer. The HP computer after exhausting my cell minutes over 2 days is still not fixed. And in addition to the $250.00 they took me for; they played havoc in two other computers and I still have a virus shutting down drives in the HP. They told me they stopped it and replaced drives and added security but obviously they did not. They left my computer in safe mode and then tried to charge me an additional $100.00 for home invasion with their "cyber slight of hand " on my other two machines.
I am disputing charges with my credit card company. I emailed them wanting a refund and they never answered. It is senseless to call again. The East Indian accents were so thick I could not really understand what they were really doing or what I was being ripped off for and they used all my cell minutes because they could not understand me either!
I am dismayed that the company I trusted, HP has then as the HELP option in my computer

caused more problems than I started with.
I had them fix a problem and they did fix one but erased all my protection, I can not print from my printers or reinstall them. This company is a scam. They steal, lie and cheat you of your hard money. I am going to dispute this entire cost.

no help
After 2 years paying for your service, I needed to get my computer working. No one from your company was able to assist me. They kept telling me to try turning it off & on---multiple times. No result. Another thing, we had a difficult time staying connected. I had to call back multiple times. Your people told me they were located in India & had a difficult time hearing me--I had a difficult time understanding their accent. Please send me a refund a.s.a.p. I'm very disappointed with your service. I had to pay a live
technician to come to my office & repair the problem. I hope to hear from you soon. This problem happened last year & I was under the assumption my complaint would be addressed sooner than now. I put in my complaint when this problem happened. You have my personal info. I hope to hear from you a.s.a.p. I paid $249.95 on June 18, 2013 (FOR NOTHING)

Scam superiortech
Trouble with my computer dropping the internet, screen came up and notified me that my gateway was not connecting, Comcast checked the lines and update connection. Contacted HP, with there suggestions, they did a computer check and stated that it was not a hardware problem and probably a software problem. WOW, here on the screen pops up SuperiorTechHelp, that is aligned with Mircosoft. This person tells me that I have internatl service problems, have application software damage, network acdcess protection has shut down, windows security has shutdown, and over 50k of junk files clogging up the computer. $49.95 and $49.95, on and on for $349.00 they will remove, clean up, restort Microsoft progams that have been damaged and protect my computer for one year. Yeah, I bought it. What did sell me. The immediate pop up from HP. How did and do they connect to their web site??? I have been on the phone for approximately 10 hours and supposedly have talked with supervisors and all promise to fix the problem. Never happens. SCAM 110%.

Warrning big time scam
These are the most scamming artist in the world. I was foolish to let them take control of my computer where they completely wipe out my data base. luckily I had back up and removed anything they installed. These scammers are from India and will not stop calling my business telling me my servers have been hacked. I got belligerent with them trying to get them from calling. Now they call everyday harassing my company and there is nothing I can do about it short of changing my business phone number which I can't do. Even if I block their number, they call with another line. I wish I knew of some legal recourse.

Refund
I was having trouble with my computer and a popup help box appeared. I thought it was legit and used the service. It took many hours and cost me 499.00 in 2014.
I received a call today from a woman with and Indian accent telling me they lost their license so I get that money back. But I need to allow her online access to refund my money. I felt uncomfortable and got off the phone but she is calling back.
Anyone else getting these calls?

FRAUD CHARGE
I was scammed by Superior Tech Help by a man called Kevin Jones and an ID #MSI19069. I received a "POP-UP" which said I was to call the number provided as I had a "SEVERE VIRUS" on my computer. In good faith I called the number and he told me I was talking to my Tech Support when in fact I WAS NOT! He told me they could fix the problem in two steps. The first step was $599.95 the second for $569.95. After the transactions were completed I was told by a dear reliable friend to call Microsoft direct and talk to the Scam Department.I called them and they told me that those charges were a scam. There is no way that would be a legal charge so I asked Microsoft what would be as adequate amount. They told me for $149.00 a year for full service no matter what and $89.00 for an Anti Virus!!! I then called the number my son gave me for our Tech Service and they said there was no transaction posted to my account and that there was not a Kevin Jones working at their company. GO FIGURE scammed. In May of this year the same thing happened to me when TECHHELP SUPPORT NET. called me and said I needed a "FIRE WALL" so I trusted again. I called the number they provided 1-857-293-0005. THERE IS NO AREA CODE FOR 857. I GET CALLED ALL THE TIME TELLING ME MY COMPUTER IS SICK! I AM SICK OF THE CALLS!

Harassing Phone Calls At All Hours
I had randomly clicked on a pop up for them to help me when my PC was running slow 2 years ago. I spent about 2 hours with a tech and it seemed to help my pc, but it had cost me over $100.00 for the assistance. I am living on a fixed income and its tight. So......my problem is, that NOW they call me non stop, and when I don't answer, they don't leave a message. They just hang up and re dial and redial....... When my phone rings, I jump, because I have a terminally ill family member, and I'm also self employed during high season and working. I don't want to miss a client or a new client to supplement my income in this highly competitive business, service that I offer. This current problem is stressing me so much, I'm livid. I have told Super technicans that have called me. (they all sound like they are from India), to please put me on there do not call list. They do not. All their numbers are different, and I cannot block all of them The most recent upset was this morning PST at 630AM!!!!! A tech called me while I was sleeping and woke me up!!!! The screen on my phone said restricted, I could not block. I figured if it was that early, it must have been an emergency. No respect at all......I am filing a formal complaint if they do not stop calling me after I e mailed them and requested them to stop AGAIN!!! I am discusted beyond beyond words!!!!!!

SCAM
Call your bank and file a claim and get your money back. These f-king East Indian/ Pakistani scam artists will charge you for phony and bogus services which are not authentic or valid at all. They claim to show you "EACH AND EVERYTHING " and use specific jargon and phrases to put you at ease when in fact they do not fix anything, probably because half of the time there is no virus to fix. If there is you can take it somewhere reputable or just scan your system with an anti malware program like Malwarebytes and a good Microsoft protection like Windows Defender. These "Microsoft indians" will even charge you for programs I named above, which are free!. Dont fall for these dotheads.

harassing scam artists
These people have harassed me for almost five years now. I have received the same calls from this bogus company as everyone else on this thread over half a decade about refunds, and RENEWING service, (which would be automatically debited after this service was SUPPOSED to expire. They lied and said I had a computer worm which sounded funny to me since the laptop they played with for six hours had only been on the internet twice by the time this incident occurred. Then tried to tell me that my game console's, phones etc, anything that connected to the same internet service could transfer said virus unto itself. BULL. Will never use it again. Will never tell anyone to use them. Feeling ashamed of myself for being taken for a ride. Ignoring them doesn't work. Talk to your financial establishment and get your money back

Senior Citizen Fraud
There is a new twist to this scam. I also called the number on the screen. I got a gut feeling from the start that it was a scam. I hung up and got online to get a legitimate Microsoft number. I worked with a live chat person named Elizabeth; told her the story and she said she would have a Microsoft tech call me. She told me his name; I told her to have the tech mention her name when he called me, which he did. I spent four hours on the phone. It seemed like they did a lot of checking. I don't know if they were stealing information or actually checking information as they said they would do. After four hours my computers (3 of them) were deemed as clean and safe. I had to sign a document saying I was pleased with the work. Of course, I had no idea if things worked because they still had control of my computer. I signed a document just to get them off my computer. In the midst of all of this, I was asked to pay them $499.99 plus another $150.00 for an IP security package. I gave them my American Express card, knowing that American Express would protect me if it was a scam. The invoice that I got through this same system said that I would be paying via PalPal. I refused to pay that way and eventually they did charge it to American Express. Shortly after, them came back on the screen where I was doing all of this paperwork and asked if any of the computers were owned by Senior Citizens. I said all of them were mine and that I was a Senior Citizen. Miraculously, they gave me a $150.00 'senior citizen discount.' I realized only later that American Express checks with me on any charges over $500. However, they do not alert me under $500, and now my bill from them was $499.99. It went through. When I finally got the off my computer and my cell phone, I checked the Internet under these two names, Technocare Technology and Superior Tech Plus, and found that they were frauds. They have been pulling this scam since 2011, and I fell for it! American Express has now been alerted and will stop a payment from going through. Please don't do what I did and fall for this Indian fraud operation. I thought I was smarter than that. But these people are good! I did fall for it and lost a lot of time and money, neither of which I could spare, in the process.
