Eyebrow lost from facial painful!

Eye mask harden over my eyebrows. T he staff use force to remove it slowly strand by strand instead of using a piler to crush the clay.

The staff was frantic and didn't bother saying sorry or tell me otherwise situation and asked another colleague to help out.
Instead of telling me what's wrong and be honest, they just said everything is ok don't worry I will not lose any eyebrow. In the end, I lost part of my eye brows at the end of the removal and I picked up the remaining clay stuck with brow hair in the dustbin. They should have shown me the damage and apologize. They staff still instead me to sign the use of one facial session despite the poor service rendered and damage to my eye brows. The entire eyebrow area was red. I'm was very angry and just signed to leave in a huff.

I wrote in to the website but no reply. I called in the next few days for the manager to call me, no one did, I finally call a week later and found all the numbers didn't work no more. Is this company bankrupt or disappeared? I still have 3 more sessions left!!! What can I do?
