this door-to-door seller is a scam!
This door-to-door seller is a scam never ever trust him! I made a huge mistake when I gave him my money, I got nothing instead, never received my purchase and there is NO WAY to communication!
If they will come just close you door and never let them in!

don't listen to SW advantage they will say anything to get your business, but when actually try to talk to them about getting a refund they go on well the contract said this and that and there's nothing they can do. ALL THEY CARE ABOUT IS TAKING URE MONEY!!!!!!!!!!!!! its just a scam, especially when u just want the books and they force u to get a membership for their website even if u tell the sales person u don't want it.

Avoid any business with this door-to-door seller! They came to my house and offered their subscription and I was such a fool when I decided to subscribe! They took my details and disappeared and time ago I found that they started to charge my bank account without my permission!

SW Advantage steal money from people without a shame! I used their services time ago and everything was OK before I found that this company charges my account even without a reason and notice. Tried to contact their support service but I found that it doesn't exist at all.

Unauthorized charges
I did not authorize them to take money from my account for this monthly online subscription. They refused to give a full refund. I spoke with a 16 year old girl who had no supervisor to transfer me to. This is a scam beware!!!!!

SW Advantage no contact available
I have tried not only the provided number for customer service and the available website for SW ADVANTAGE The available phone service says ALl representative are busy and hang up ; instead of putting you on hold as most standard company do. As for the website it does not exist according to the search engine available to do website searches . The only way to stop the direct withdraw is to contact your financial institution and stop payment and the is exactly what is being done as well as turning this company into the better business bureau.

Do Not Trust SWAdvantage!!
I had the salesman come to my door for the 2nd time. I invited him in, yes, I know..... Stupid thing to do. Anyway, the product looked legit. Within a few weeks, they have taken 2 payments out of my account. I reached out to the company and they said they could do nothing about it and that I had to speak with the student that came to my door. Well, I contacted him and he said he couldn't do anything. I HAVE NEVER HAD A COMPANY TREAT ME LIKE THIS!!! I do not want the books and they are not due to be delivered for another 2-3 weeks. They will not work with me and said I had 3 days to cancel. WHAT? This company is a FRAUD and I am not happy with the results. I had a financial hardship that hit my family and spending $600+ on books and a web site was not a priority for me. I tried to cancel and get a refund and they told me NO. I am not stopping, I will continue to every site I can to report them. This is unethical and not a proper way to run a business.
