Avoid at all costs

I was issued RMA # on item #4860-050 & 4860-009 were returned to: Pools Etc Inc Returns Dept 25 Commercial Dr Wrentham MA 02093 My complaint is I have been patient in awaiting my refund of $22.68 as a credit to my Amex card. I have spoken to Shawn at telephone # 508 384-7056 several times since I returned the product. Shawn has told me each time my credit card was credited. My last call 12-26-11 Shawn said he would check again and call me 12-27-11, I have not received the call. Please credit my account as agreed. I no longer believe Shawn. I emailed them with the above complaint 12-30-2011 and they immediately responded with "Thank You for emailing us. We appreciate your business. You should receive an update within 1 business day." TO DATE NO RESPONSE. THIS COMPANY IS BAD NEWS.
