Poor service

I have had a bad interaction with zynez.com. Ordered a box set and sent 3 emaisl about where my confirmation was. Didn't hear back until 5 days after (their promise is contact within 24 hours). They charged me for the set and then say they don't have stock so will refund me. They shouldn't post it for sale if there is no stock and they may refund, but I still have to pay conversion costs. I woulnd't buy from zynez.com too risky.
