FRAUD SCAM ARTIST
I would like anyone that is reading the above to know - please please - take what Brianb123 wrote seriously. We had almost an identical experience as he did. We also landed the services of Synthetic Magic Advanced Business Services through Elance. He pulled us outside of Elance as well. The biggest mistake we made, not reading this before signing a contract with Nathaniel Adam Briggs. I plan to post our situation soon. I just don't want another company to go though what both of us experienced in dealing with Synthetic Magic Advanced Business Services Nathaniel Adam Briggs. PLEASE take this seriously before moving forward and do your homework.

Regards to Nathan Adam Briggs reply our complaint: I'm not going to waste your time on details - I could write a book about our experience. Just beware and at all costs - go the other way...

There is only one reason I posted this information - To prevent another company from wasting valuable time and money. This venture cost our company $13, 000 in Total and we ended up with nothing. This guy is truly a professional con artist and I thought we did our homework. I normally don't waste time posting my thoughts or complaints since this will live in Cyberspace. Sometimes you take B2B relations for granted and that people will follow through on what they say and contracts they sign. This was a wake up call for us and I can only hope you read this and find someone else to do business with. Also - Beware - he subs work out overseas in Dubai. I probably should have stated that first but I will leave that for you to research. Feel free to send me any questions via email. Thanks and good luck...

David Fultz Rip Off Artist
David Fultz is a Rip Off Artist plain and simple. We Were NEVER PAID $13,000 - He's a Flat Out Liar.
He didn't provide information needed regarding the web services we needed to hook into for the mobile app
He took 5K+ in OUT OF SCOPE DEVELOPMENT SERVICES
He ripped us off for over $3K then blamed us
This guys is crazy. He completely lost it on the phone once where he started screaming, swearing.. I had to hang up. Later he'd txt literally every 4 seconds.. email giant long stories... it was crazy.
I simply requested over and over the data we needed, and he never provided it. We went way about and beyond, and David Fultz the Rip Off Artist never paid us $13,000
Beware of this low class nut. I guess this is typical of Used Car Salesman trying to run a technology operation.

DriveVelocity Drive Velocity - RIP OFF FRAUD SCAM
This is in response to a post that landed online regarding my firm which I will leave nameless. David Fultz, President of DriveVelocity / Drive Velocity entered in a contract which was initially found via eLance. Upon stating the 8.75% eLance fee would not be covered by us, he opted for direct payment. DriveVelocity / Drive Velocity was to complete their Web Service - they did not. This severely hampered the progress of our team, yet they blamed us. During a conference a month ago with he, and one of his team, he flipped out entirely regarding not understanding technology to the point where I had to hang up on him as professionalism I do require. DriveVelocity / Drive Velocity was contacted on several occasions to provide answers regarding their Web Service - they refused to reply. We continued, and finished the Beta as Promised - they refused to review, offer feedback, or pay for the services which stand above the 75% Payment they last made. We provided out of scope services well in excess of 5K, yet they post invalid things online regarding our services. It's shameful to have to deal with someone of this caliber. Briggs is a Scam
BUYER BEWARE: Mr. Briggs is either an outright liar, or delusional. We made the mistake of initially engaging him because he seemed to have the know-how and his quoted prices were far better than the competition (we were naive, and stupidly didn't google him properly). As it turns out, he likes to perform his "services" drunk, bill you for services you never agreed to pay for, advise you to steal competitor's products, and later inform you that he never had any intention of keeping to his original quotes (and that it was all simply a starter/teaser). We quickly terminated him, even paying him in good faith for the services we actually hired him to perform. We even paid him extra to simply alleviate the headache and to go away. Unfortunately, Mr. Briggs is entirely unprofessional (a bit of a "wacko" might be the right term) and insists on regular incendiary threats for more money (btw, for some reason he also loves to tell you about his personal life).
