sell poor quality product and don't honor their warranty

I purchased a King's mattress from them in April and now it is damaged. I tried to exchange it under my warranty or get a refund but the seller refused me without a reason. They just sell low quality items and then don't honor their warranty. Beware and don't buy from them!
