TAKL doesn't stand behind theor providers

I had been working with TAKL for about 6 months. In that time, I completed 19 jobs that we're all rated with a perfect rating of 5 stars. Several times I had a dispute with TAKL. It was my experience that every single time I had a dispute with TAKL, I had no recourse for what I would charerterize as unfair and dishonest business tacktics. On one occasion a customer posted a job to clean a bathroom for $52 the description described the cleaning job as a "regular" cleaning. I accepted the job and began driving to the job. I then received a text from the customer stating that the plumber had just left and I was told to bring disinfectants. I then attempted to get the customer to be honest and state the true nature of the job which turns out was a sewage plumbing accident. I told the customer I wasn't comfortable doing this job because I bid on this job with false information stating it was a regular cleaning job. Even if I were interested in doing this very specific type of clean up, which I wasn't. But If I did decide to take a job of this type, I would expect the job to pay at least double due to the obvious bacterial risk. I was ultimately told by the customer I was obligated to complete the job or they would file a complaint with TAKL. By this time I had contacted the useless field operations team through the TAKL app. I was informed If I didn't complete the choir, I would be suspended from using the TAKL service. I choose not to complete the choir and sent a letter to TAKL explaining how I was mislead by false information in the description of the choir and that I would never had bid in a job like this had I been given a truthful description of the job. I included pictures of the written description as proof of my position. Unfortunately, I was blocked from using the app. I can't imagine a company that chooses to treat a 5 star provider with such a lack of respect not to mention a lack of reasonable due process would continue to do well but I am here to state my truth to warn others of this incredibly shady company.
