TOILET FLAPPER AND VALVE

I requested to have a TOILET FLAPPER AND VALVE installed. I had already removed everything, except for one bolt. The man came finished the work, got paid and left without even putting the cover on top of the toilet, or making sure it was working.
I noticed that the toilet was leaking and it was too late he had already left.
I tried to fix it myself, but it still continued leaking. I contacted Takl many times to the email they have on their website.
All I got was a stupid email asking me how happy I was with the service, which I replied "NOT HAPPY' and again explained my situation and requested help.
Nobody contacted me. So, I went to Facebook and put a complaint on the page and someone immediately sent me a response, asking to contact the same email address, which you can below:

As you can see they are liars and it is a bad company, they don't behave professionally and with responsibility.
