Hotel not recognize our booking
I'm first time booked hotel using airasiago. 19/3/2017, 4.35p.m. when we arrived to the arrival hall of Ho Chi Minh city, we bought a so called 4G 'unlimited' data sim card for 10 days from the first counter we saw in the Ho Chi Minh airport. Then we found the car we booked and went to the Cat Hotel (we booked using airasiago by last year October). Everything seem going so smooth at first, but the nightmare came to the next, the hotel person in charge said that they never have any business due with airasiago and they not recognize our booking, at first they said we don;t have booking number, we only have itinerary number (itinerary #7219626362357). Then we tried to call airasiago, just we just realize that the sim card we bought just now cannot call out and receive call, and the so called 'unlimited' data for 10 days is out of usage just after half an hour. We tried to use Cat Hotel's wifi to contact our relative in Malaysia to help us call airasiago and give us help. We wait and wait, from 5p.m., we waited till 9.p.m. finally we got the booking number, but our problem yet haven't get solve because Cat Hotel said that their room all full and they ensure that they never have any business due with airasiago.
Then we walked in to the nearby hotels one by one, all not available. What can we do now? Are we going to sleep at the street tonight? After our relative strived with airasiago, they promised to book a new hotel for us. According to the given address and the name 'Legend Saigon Hotel' , we walked from 9.30p.m. to 11.30p.m. finally we arrived there, but the address given is not a hotel but a massage centre. Then we tried very hard to get wifi and google got another Legend hotel address, we took taxi and reached a very luxury hotel name 'Lotte Legend Hotel' and the taxi driver charged us extra money. What is luckily is the manager at the Lotte Legend Hotel is really so helpful, after we told him our problem, he helped us called Legend Saigon Hotel to double confirm the address and called a taxi for us and send us there. Taxi sent us to the massage centre we went just now, and show us that the hotel is inside the small street beside the massage center. Finally, we arrived there at 12.30a.m.
I believed that my bad luck story here is just an unfortunate. But I think that airasiago still owe me an apology. But until today 28/3/2017 I still haven't receive any apology from airasiago even a simple apologize email or message. Do they think that they booked another same prize hotel for us then everything just settled. But how about our lost for that whole day? I will never do any booking using airasiago after this, because airasiago really disappointed me.

Hotel not recognize our booking
I really can't understand why all the payment I done by last year October, airasiago can just received the money without due with the hotel to make sure the booking whether is okay or not? I really feel so disappointed~ I hope I can get a formal apology from airasiago!
