Never Recieved Dress

Do not order from this site. This site offers no tracking information to track your order, all of the phone numbers that they provide are not valid phone numbers. I ordered a dress for a special occasion for my daughter. I ordered over a month ago and still have not received what I ordered. I can not get anyone on the phone. I have emailed all the customer service email addresses several times and all the response has been is your order is still processing and will be shipped soon.

do not use tb dress..they are awful... my dress arrived too big and bot what I was expecting!!! their return policy is a joke...if you are considering ordering from them please take my advise and don't!!!! you can not leave a bad review on their site either only 3 stars or more are accepted!!!!

TB Dress unhappiness

I've waited over 2 weeks for a dress to come to my house from TB dress. I thought I ordered from a site in America and they are actually based in China. I had to send them emails that I work in the industry. Refused to pay duty or clearance fees. I'm going to get it Monday and hoping I like it. I highly recommend anybody who feels ripped off contact U.S. Customs to report this shipper. Contact me with your city name and I will provide you with the name and contact info at Customs to whom you can file a formal complaint.

Horrible Customer service

Apparently TB dress has thousands of formal complaints that the FBI has been investigated..its probably my fault I didn't research them before I ordered. The dress I received was cheap, the zipper broke and their were strings hanging out. They wouldn't give me refund without sending pictures, sending measurements, taking my bust size measurements etc. Its just ridiculous to have to do all of that for a dress that was $151. Most stuff they have you can get it from amazon where they honor returns. This is a poor quality company which is why they won't even give you the return address for a return. The quality is cheap, the customer service is horrible and I don't even known if they understand English so its just a joke. Spend your money at better quality educated businesses.

Dress Cut Wrong- Poor Customer Service

Do NOT WASTE your money!!! Purchased a beautiful dress from their site, the waste fit perfectly BUT they cut top to SMALL! They were NOT willing to refund the dress that THEY MESSED UP! Stick with stateside purchases OUR customer service IS SO MUCH BETTER! They said that they could send me a NEW dress but I would have to pay for it, they said I could return the first dress and would give me 40% less the cost of shipping. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME....I wish I would have looked at the BBB first, they give them a 1.5

GOOD REVIEWS ARE FALSE

I ordered a fur trimmed coat from TBDress on 11/3. We are now a month in and I hadn't received my coat or at the very least an update on where is was in the process. Weekly, I'd check the site's "tracking system" only to find that my order was in "PAID" status. ummmmm, no stuff, Sherlock. But WHERE is it? Has it been processed, shipped, delivered (even to the WRONG address)?.. Nope, address is fine, it just rests in paid status. Finally, after a month of waiting for them to give me an update, as any reputable company would, I emailed THEM, only to find that, per their email

"this sub-order 's item cannot sent to you recently, as it is a hot selling item, can you please change it to another item which price is near send us the new item's item code and size color, will exchange for you.

Or you can also prefer a refund for it, please reply me to confirm."

RED FLAG # 12255884456. A company with this type of English WILL NOT get my money. This company reeks of a scam. HELL NO, I don't want an exchange. I want my money back!! How dare you ask me to pick something else?! I ordered what I WANTED. I saw your other items and selected what I WANTED. Furthermore, why'd it take you a month to tell me its a hot seller and that you cannot fulfill my order? Is that MY FAULT you're not properly stocked? Moreover, I am disgusted at the fact that I had to email THEM to find this out. Had I not have emailed them, I truly believe they would have kept my money and never offered an explanation on the whereabouts of my purchase. DO NOT purchase from this company. Horrible customer service is a no in my book. Do not believe any of their 5 star ratings. Reading over them, I now see a slew of broken English which leads me to believe those reviews are written by company employees or family. NOT IMPRESSED!
