Worst article ever bought online!

The dress that I ordered was cheap see through polyester. It was advertized as long but was barely ankle length. The worst!

They sold me a dress that is six sizes to small. When I called and tried to exchange or get a refund. Their response was to keep the dress and they would give me 20.00 back. I disagreed and informed them that it was for an upcoming occasion, they total stop responding all together. PLEASE PURCHASE FROM SOMEONE ELSE. DEFINETLY NOT THIS COMPANY. THEY ARE NOT SUITABLE TO HAVE A LICENSE

Returns Policy Scam

Quite simply don't buy from TB Dress. I thought I'd save time and money buying my daughter's home coming dress from TB Dress. We ordered the smallest dress size but it was still too large for her so I began the process of requesting the USA returns address. They have a rather strange policy of 15 days to return items, but don't provide the address on their website, so you're left emailing Customer Support who don't respond or if they do they ask you another question w/o giving the address. So today marks the 5th email to them over the course of a week asking for the returns address. They came back today saying that I could keep the dress or receive a $20 'Gift to Me' on return.(yet again without providing the address). This amounts to a $20 refund on a dress that cost $120. Their return policy makes no mention of certain dresses being 'made to order', and yet they claim that's the case with my daughter's dress. They go on to quote that the cost of the tailor, cloth, shipping etc not to mention that if I were to return the dress it would be 'useless' to them. Well guess what, it's useless to me too! Seriously, save yourself the agro and go elsewhere.
