Horrible Shipment Practice and Customer Service Response

I am not happy with TB dress service delivery. I ordered an item on 1/9/18. It is now 2/4/18, and I am still waiting for this product to arrive from TB dress. I received a bogus shipment notice informing me that the item left China and was shipped out on 1/31/18 (3 weeks after I placed the order). It is 2/4/18 and I am still waiting for the delivery.

I have contacted [email protected] and get no response emails. I called them at +86-29-68532816 and no one answers.

TB dress are rip offs. They take your money and you get no item that you paid for. They should be banned from doing business.

If I finally receive this item from TB dress, I will never order another thing from them ever again.

I have ordered things from China and other countries before and it never took this long to get any item that I ordered from them like it has from TB dress.
