Faulty items
I received my formal dress in the mail today. The measurements were completely off, the material used was disgusting and had black marks all over it. Stitches were noticeably loose all over the dress. It was basically falling apart. One of the worst online purchases I've ever made, and I wouldn't advise buying anything from TBDress,

dress not the same as picture
I wish i looked online at reviews before ordering my dress that was nothing like the picture and looked like a 5 year old had made it. the customer service guy was appalling and unhelpful. Don't EVER buy from tbdress they are a rip off.
