TBDress didn't deliver my order

I ordered my wedding dress from TB Dress in July. It was supposed to arrive within a month. When it did not arrive in August I decided to suspend the order, but they finally shipped it and gave me the tracking number. I never got my dress anyway. The UPS claims that the dress was delivered on September 20, but it wasn't. Please don't order from TB Dress, they'll screw you up!

HORRIBLE!

THE DRESSES DO NOT LOOK LIKE THE PICTURES ON THE WEBSITE AT ALL! MY WEDDING DRESS I ORDERED WAS DELIVERED TO ME TWO SIZES TOO BIG, WITH STAINS, STRINGS HANGING OFF OF THE DRESS, THE TULLE WAS TORN EVERYWHERE! WHEN I CONTACTED THE TBDRESS COMPANY, THEY DEMANDED I SEND THEM PICTURES...OK. BUT THEN SAID IF I REFUSED TO SEND PICTURES, OR SENT MY DRESS BACK WITHOUT PERMISSION, MY REFUND WOULD BE DENIED. WHEN I SENT MY PICTURES AND PROOF OF COMPLAINTS, THEY TOLD ME TO FIX THE DRESS MYSELF! THEY TOLD ME TO CUT OFF THE STRINGS THEY LEFT HANGING OFF OF MY DRESS! THEY ALSO TOLD ME TO TAKE IT TO A LOCAL TAILOR! NO TAILOR WOULD BE ABLE TO FIX STAINS, TORN TULLE, AND JUST AN AWFUL LOOKING DRESS! THEY THEN TOLD ME THAT THEY DID NOTHING WRONG TO THE DRESS, AND THEY WOULD ONLY REFUND ME 60%. I TOLD THEM I WAS REPORTING THEM TO THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU BECAUSE THEY DO NOT LIVE UP TO THEIR RETURN POLICY AT ALL. AFTER THEY RECEIVED MY EMAIL AND RESPONDED TO THAT, I LOOKED AT THEIR RETURN POLICY ON THE TBDRESS.COM WEBSITE AGAIN, AND THEY ALTERED THE WORDING ON THE RETURN POLICY! DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS WEBSITE, THEY WILL SEND YOU AN ITEM THAT LOOKS COMPLETELY DIFFERENT FROM THE PICTURES, AND DENY A REFUND!

Worst company ever

I bought several dresses and after almost a month I still haven't received all the items I've paid for. When I contacted customer service the representative blamed it on Chinese new year. I lived in China I have friends currently living in China I have no problem shipping or receiving things from China only with this company. When I received my items not one of them fit. I make some of my own clothes and know my measurements. These items should have fit. When I contacted this company to return them they initially did not want to honor their own return policy for 15 days. Then when they did agree that I could return the clothing and gave and were willing to provide the address they snuck in a return fee of $20 stating that they paid for initial shipping so I had to pay for the shipping to go back to them. That policy is nowhere in the return policy and I brought that up multiple times. This company is a scam. The clothes were cheap. They were not made to their own specifications. And they snuck in additional fees. I will never buy anything from this company again. There are so many other companies that you could use to purchase clothing online ... go ANYWHERE but here. You will regret the purchase. P.S. still haven't received package #2. It's been 27 days

I ordered one jacket in October 2017 and the other one on 11-03-2017. I've have not received either. The first one on 10-31-2017 said it was shipped 10-31-2017, the other was never shipped and both are paid for and the money was taken out of my account.
Do not order from this Company whatever you do. It is a SCAM to get your Money. Our only hope is to come together as a group and file a Class Action Suit Against the Company and shut them down once and for all.The Company is in China, should've been my first clue.

25% refund for mistake on their end

I wish I read all of these reviewers first. I ordered a blue dress and they sent me the wrong color. I paid $160. They want to refund me $40 as the difference “for all of the work they put in making the dress especially for me” and “can I just keep it.” I have never dealt with a company like this. This also goes against their return policy noted on their website.
