Terrible customer service. They do not know how to treat customers and how to respond to certain requests. Cloth they sell is not that cheap if combined with the shipping price they charge. Quality is poor. Never ever will spend a penny there! After I tried to return shoes that are made of terrible quality material feels like paper and sending bunch of emails with pictures showing defects I got an advice from TBdress: - Because you cannot prove us with your problems clearly, we cannot find any problems with the heels, we kindly suggest you keep the shoes, and find your local tailors to fix it, - besides, I have never mentioned there is a problem with the heels. Speechless!

Order not even received

I ordered a dress and shoes and I only received the shoes. The numbers the gave for customer service are foreign so I sent an email. Still waiting on a reply. The shoes weren't even the same shoes. Bummer. I either want my dress or my money back or I will get lawyers involved. This site is a scam.

terrible customer service

I bought a wedding dress from this website before. it was cheap and ok. However, this time I decided to buy some everyday dresses from them. The sizes all run on the small side. Not every dress look as good as the pictures. I tried to return part of my order. Wasted a week on email with their customer representatives. They basically pretended they didn't understand my question. They did not provide a return address. At the end, my return window of 15 days expires and I can no longer return. They also have a bogus phone number. I even called international to try to reach them, but they were unavailable at all times. Unless you're a seamstress, I would advise you not to purchase from them because once the items are sold, they don't welcome returns at all. They even suggested on their website "it would be better if you can find a place to alter your order instead of returning".

BAD BUSINESS!!!!

DO NOT BUY FROM TB DRESSS. POOR QUAILTY.....I ordered a wedding dress and when i tcame it was dirty and dingy....not the quality you want at all.And I tired to reach them by email and call with no response... SO I took it upon my self to return the dress because it states returns must be within 15 days of delivery. It takes at least 15 days to return back to China. (had i know it was from China I would not of Bought) It cost me 27.00 to return it. After several attempts to contact them and no response, I contacted my credit card company and they were able to reach the company. (HOW CONVIENT) Now I am getting a response and it states they will only give me 50% of my money back because I DID NOT ask for PERMISSION...Are you r FREAKING kidding me...REALLY so NO NO NO DO NOT DO BUSONESS WITH THIS COMPANY

Returns Impossible

The shoes I ordered took forever to arrive (should have done due diligence - if I'd known it was a Chinese company I wouldn't have bought from them) and then were too small, too narrow and incredibly stiff leather. The box they came in would have been more comfortable. Trying to return them has proved impossible - repeated emails receive no reply, no information was included with the purchase and on and on. They were, indeed, cheap and I got what I paid for.

Cheap scam attempt

I was looking for a new dress, and saw a very nice dress on the TBDress website. I signed up as a new customer, and after selecting the dress I wanted, I went to check out. There I saw that I was not being given the new customer discount coupon as shown on the website. After working with several "support agents", they asked me to give them my email address and passwords so they could work on the problem. I told them to delete my account. I can't believe that they tried such a blatant scam.

Post sale dispute

I ordered two dresses from tbdress located in Shanghai, China. They did not work. I followed return policy as stated on their website step by step. Their policy states full refund although I knew I had to pay return shipping. I did all that. Products ended up in CA. I live in Washington, DC. They are refusing refund. After multiple dispute claims, messages, phone call to China, they are making up policies as I dispute. They have two gowns that I was charged for and continue to lie over and over again. This company should NOT be allowed to do business in America. They are STEALING.

Horrible company!! Scammers

Horrible!! Ordered 5 dresses for my bridesmaid off of this site and they were nothing like the picture. The sleeves was supposed to be off the shoulder and wasn't. The chest area was supposed to be lace, it was beaded and sewn crooked. The split was supposed to be way above the knee, it was way before the knee and looked as if they just cut the material and didn't bother to sew it. I asked for a refund and they offered me $30 for a $140 dress and now they won't respond. NEVER EVER ORDER FROM THIS SITE!! Their Products are trash
