Horrible company

Car was taken early in the morning, unfortunately I had contacted the company stating we would be late with payment ( car was in an accident couldn’t afford loan payment & payment to get car repairs). I informed them of date I could pay. So I tried to keep them in the loop, but it didn’t matter. So we borrowed the money, followed instructions and paid bill in full, received confirmation number. Tried to get our vehicle but was told payment wasn’t showing up, couldn’t speak to anyone over the weekend even with a number? While having storage fees add up. Monday, the money has been withdrawn from account yet company states we can stop payment and refuse to release car?! They want to talk to bank, go to bank, and state we are pretending to have someone be the manager and refuse to talk to manager to confirm money was withdrawn. So my car sits in storage because they state we did the payment wrong, using the number they gave us. Horrible company, payment does show up. So where is the problem. This company is terrible, and unprofessional.
