Filed harassment complain and received warning!

I received multiple posts on my Bakery Story wall by a rude player. The person threatened me and called me vulgar names and proceeded to harass all who posted on my wall. For some reason, I was unable to block this person. I sent screen shots of the nasty things this person posted to storm8.

After a few days of back and forth, the idiots sent ME a warning stating that I had used "innapropriate language." I responded by stating that I was the one who filed the complaint and the only posts on my wall were from the rude player. I asked them to please advise in regard to their claim. No response.

Who works for this company? 12-year-olds? Actually, most 12-year-olds I know are too smart to want to work for these egocentric money-grubbing megalomaniacs.
Really. It's a freaking bakery game.
