Scam Dating Service

Texas Singles is a high pressure dating "Matchmaker" service. I was finally told the fee after a 2 hour interview. I singed a contract to pay $2700 over 2 years with a $350 deposit. They have also charged the first monthly billing to my credit card for $100. This totals $450 I need back. I was not told it was "non-refundable" at the time. I tried to cancel the membership a day after signing. Never could get in contact with the rep. The number I called said they had never heard of her. I looked up the central number and left several messages for her over the next 5 days. When a human actually answered, they'd say, we give have her call you.It's been since March 30th, 2017. I have gotten and actual call from a different person, Dee, after I filed a BBB complaint. She offered me a limited plan that I refused. She then asked how much I wanted to be refunded and said she'd get back. She called again and left message to call. When I called, of course, no call back as usual. These people are liars and cheats and have 17 complaints on yelp: https://www.yelp.com/biz/texas-singles-austin I am an honest person and business owner, a photographer for 30 years. I always deliver what is promised and treat my clients well. I have not received any matches through these people and I just want my money back ant to cancel. Thanks, Sandra
