The Berry Company is a scam
The Berry Company is a scam company, they began to charge my company $200 more each month for the yellow page advertisement. This went on for a year and nobody from the customer service could explain me why. They even sent us to a collection agency. Beware of these guys!

I agree, I have tried to cancel the yellow book ad and its next to impossible. They never respond to emails. I tried the telephone and all I got was your to late to cancel this time but call back in June and then you can cancel. Guess what, your to late again, This is a useless company with an obsolete print advertising business just trying to scam other businesses until they die. Windstream stopped doing business with them do to complaints. I just

BEWARE!
Our little company has had a nearly 18 month struggle with Berry company now called Vivial.
I was recommended to them to use their ads to get traffic to our website. Over the next few months They still did not seem to understand how to use our keywords to get traffic to our website. When I threatened to cancel the contract because of no service, they pushed another option on us that they were sure would work. We were patient for a few more months and still received no new traffic to our website. We were used to getting dozens of new inquiries weekly to our website on a regular basis before we turned it over to Berry/Vivial. It is been a financial disaster ( $2225 lost) and an emotional disaster trying to work with them and trying to avoid the collection agencies they have sent our way. I have now heard that they have no leg to stand on and I should leave this alone. They do not own our website and can do nothing with it in the future. The collection agency said with an agreed-upon payment we could get our website back. That was a lie. Berry does not own our website.
Do your due diligence before you sign up with any website or hosting or traffic entity. TMI of UT
