broken washer
I have the brada washer and dryer ... and I have to say this I am sooooo glad I bought the extended coverage on it ... in the past 4 yrs I have had the set I have had it serviced 5 times already just the washer the dryer has been serviced once ... I have almost every single thing replaced on my washer ... it would be cheaper for them to just give me a new washer instead of all the work the have done ... 1st repair .. doesn't spin ... 2nd repair ... doesn't go through the whole cycle .. 3rd repair .. water pump ... 4th repair .. lid lock ... this last one 5th repair he adjusted the "shocks" saying that should do it ... and that the black marks on the top were from over loading the washer to do 3/4 loads (mind you the last repair told me that is all you throw in *pointing out that there were 10 loads to catch up on* and he said oh no there is only about 4 loads there ... not that I did it in 4 loads pfft think not) the black marks I know for a fact when they happened because I had actually overloaded it on a load about 3 yrs ago and that mark has been there ever since ... *he had seen that mark 3 times previously* so waiting for him to call back to come back and repair it correctly ... as a load of towels sit in there ... I have no complaints with TransGlobal ... they are quick in answering phone calls and emails and the repairs are usually taken care of within 2 days (longest I have waited for parts was 3 days hence the 10 loads *sheet and blanket week* ) the workers are polite and nice and work quickly ... hate the product will never buy it again but very happy with the company that does the work ...

We bought a Brada dishwasher a few months ago, because we knew our old one was on it's last legs. Opened the box this weekend to install, the hard plastic base was broken in a hundred pieces and I am not joking. Of course we realize we are partly at fault for not taking it out of the box sooner to check it out. So of to the brick we go with photos of the mess for help. Bigger joke. Ask to speak to the manager of customer service at The Brick in Brossard and this very self-important person shows up, already with a chip on her shoulder. We must have interrupted her while she was watching soaps. After telling us the obvious 20 times "you should have opened the box within 7 days" . Bottom line they were of no help and support for Brada is non-existent just like THE BRICK. Our advice Stay Away from The Brick and Brada.

What can I do to make this dishwasher clean the dishes. I have checked inside and it is clean. it gets enough water but the dishes come out almost as dirty as when they went in, after 2.5 hours of washing

BRADA UPRIGHT FREEZER
i BOURGHT A BRADA FREEZER LAST YEAR HAD IT FOR 8 MONTHS WHEN IT STARTED TO GIVE ME PROBLEM AFTER THE FIRST DEFROST IT HAD TO BE DONE AGAIN IN 2 MTHS FOR THE NEST 3 MTHS IT DID NOTHING BUT TURN ON AND OFF WE DID EVERYTHING EVEN CHANGING THE ROOM THAT WE HAD IT IN FINALLY WENT TO THE BRICK THEY WOULD DO NOTHING ABOUT IT TOLD ME I SHOULD HAVE PURCHED THE EXTENDED WARRANYT WHEN I TRIED TO GET SOMEONE TO COME AND LOOK AT IT AND FIX IT I FOUND THAT THERE WAS NO ONE IN THIS AREA THAT REPAIAR THIS BRAND SO WHY WOULD YOU BUY AND WARRANTY OF NO ONE FIXES THEM MY HUSBAND AND I ARE IN OUR 80'S AND ENDED UP SCAPING THE FREEZER EVEN THE COMPANY WOULD NOT COOPERATE WE HAVE A LONG HISTORY WITH THE BRICK BUT NO MORE IF YOU LIVE IN THIS AREA DO NOT BUY A BRADA ANYTHING BRADA NO THE BRICK NEVER AGAIN
