I'm sorry that you had that experience. This is not at all typical of our company and I would like to apologize from all of us here at Sunshine Shuttle. We pride ourselves on our prompt and courteous service and the professionalism each of our drivers has.
I would love for you to give our service another chance and see for yourself why we have been voted both "Best in Santa Rosa Beach" and "Best in Destin".

Bad Treatment
My name is Dario Brito.
I had made reservation online from Orlando to Hialeah on Wed June 20th 2012 at around 6:00pm.
To my understanding my reservation was departing from Kissimmee at 11:00 am on Thurs. June 21st (confusion on my part)
I called to confirm this first thing in the morning for it was already after hours on Wed.
When I called I spoke to Peggy.
I asked her about my reservation I told her I was leaving at 11:00 am from Kissimmee/St.cloud.
Peggy began to say that there was no transportation at 11:00 and that I booked it at 7:00pm, to my knowledge I thought it said it was arriving at 7:00pm (Big confusion).
I did insist because I was shocked for this was a big change and I had people scheduled to pick me up.
She sent me an email which was nothing like I printed at all. In fact there was no time or even pickup info on the sheet just random instructions on how they don't speak spanish and Instructions on how calls will be handled.
I didn't get an email when I made reservations either.
Before I checked the email I told her to stay with me in the line so I can show her my booking. but she said no that she had no time, and needed to take calls I asked her to please wait she said I had 10 seconds to pull it up. I began to tell her to please bare with me and she just started counting down form 10.
I told her that that is not a way to treat customers and to put me her supervisor, she said he will not return till tuesday. I asked for her name and she said sure peggy. I asked for her last name and she said she doesn't give it out. I asked her for the initial of her last name and she said no. I told her that it is hard to believe that she is the only peggy working there. Then asked her to let me know when the bus will arrive to Hialeah. She said google the time form Orlando to Hialeah. I asked her if there were any stops. She said yes. then I told her that the distance from Orlando to Hialeah is irrelevant and I already know that however I don't know how long it takes for the bus. She then said she is canceling my reservation. I asked her not to she said it is cxled and have a nice day. I called her back several times trying to resolve this issue and she kept hanging up saying i was rude. I told that I haven't been rude at all. She told me that she was going to report me on harassment. I was shocked and told her she was the one that has been rude all along. I told her to confirm at least this cancelation because she didn't give me any proof. I put her on speaker because my wife tried to speak with her but peggy continued to raise her voice and did not let my wife speak. My wife and her began to try to speak over each other. and my wife called her an idiot. Peggy then said oooh yeaaah, as if this is what she wanted to hear. as if she was trying to provoke an irate argument for some reason? maybe to justify the way she was acting with me on the phone the whole time. I asked her if that was what she wanted? She continued to be rude to me and hung up.
This was an important trip I needed to drop off my niece to her to start summer school. because of our financial situation I couldn't make further reservations and I don't know when I will receive this refund. I am very displeased and disappointed. All I wanted was to be guided the proper way and I was just being bullied the whole time by peggy (if that is her name?) the number I dialed was 407-956-5400. please return my call because I really need to speak to a supervisor that can please resolve this issue and hopefully prevent this kind of treatment. thank you. my number is 407-692-2662
