overcharge
I purchased a vanity set from this company and they offered me free shipping. Later I found that they overcharged me as for premium shipping which was unwanted and they did it without my authorization. I tried to get my money back but they just left this question without a response. Beware and better stay away from this scam!

Nonexistent Customer Service
I purchased a dresser that showed up busted but now nobody will return my calls or emails. There is no way to talk to a live person through their phone number OR the online chat function on the website. I am currently filing a claim through the freight company but not holding my breath at this point, although the freight company (Fedex Freight) has so far been very polite. I am so disappointed with Furniture Authority and I can't believe they are still in business if this is how they treat people.

Exceptional customer service and product
We love our bedroom set and the desk. Very easy overall experience. The pricing was incredibly reasonable given the quality of the product. The delivery personnel kept us up to date with delivery information. Thank you The Furniture Authority! I give you 5 stars for 5 star service and product
