I am Priya and i have to tell everyone that I ordered a lehenga from the jt store which I received between delivery dates which they committed. I saw many negative things for the jt store on internet but I’m not agree with them. The jt store is one of the best online shopping sites in India. I think The jt store is a good Online Shopping site but now I realize that i should write about them, firstly company which is provide customer support system is very nice and help to customers. At least The JT Store deliver the item under in delivery time and i was also glad to see well packed box of the item delivered by company. I found that there is good quality item in the box. Company had given me a well managed parcel. After that I called on The JT Store's customer helpline. The Customer care officer informed me all things about my order. Their all service is always worked. I’m happy to shop with them.

I have ordered many items from The jt store and after every delivery they are improving their delivery quality The customer service is awesome I once ordered a lehenga from The jt store and on the delivery time i was unable to attend the call of the delivery boy and he went back without deliver my order. After sometime, he contacted me again and gave me the product and I was so happy about the product delivery. The product was packed under good conditions and safely delivered to me. They take great care of their products. The products I have received are not damaged from any side. The delivery is amazing it just takes 10 days for delivery. Keep it up; I will continue shopping from there.

My friend always said that The jt store online shopping portal service is very bad. So i thought i should try to buy a product from this shopping portal. so i booked a clothing product ,and I was really surprised when, my product has been arrived on the time, after that I totally sure that my friends are thinking wrong says not true about The Jt Store. The fraud owned doesn’t know that he should charge GST too. And uneducated bastards

ORDER Number: 437032 dated 24/09/2018 .... but not received my order till now or also not received my money till now ... also not picking phone, Phone: 06262602919, 06262602920, 06262602921, 06262602922, 06262602923.... (the jt store). The Jt store very very big online cheater / fraud company....so please do not buy any product from this site. please safe yourself from this site (the jt store)...

This JT Store is a complete fraud. They either dont send the product or say that you have purchased JT cash. There has been a refund pending for such a long time now and the numbers provided to call the store- the reps are very rude- they take your money and act like they are doing you a favour. I also placed an order for the product and i received a confirmation that the order is confirmed, now they say they cannot track the order. I am raising a complaint in customer forum against these guys. Do not trust this store!
