Over charges and mis diagnosis
When you sign the work order that say go ahead and do the work, for the price that it states on the work order, don't see where that's ripping you off!!! 290 dollars maybe if you do it yourself!! This is the year 2012 things cost money.. Oh that's right your and arrogant rich guy from Westchase that thinks if you complain you will get everything you want!!!

Arrogant? Glad you called me that, , , , it just goes to show you what type of person and company you are...
Keep in mind, your price for a brake job started at $149... funny how it ended up at $450. When I later get quotes from your competitors and their price is $250 to $290, , , , it clearly proves I got ripped off !!!
Finally, , , , It was a good thing I did not sign off on the $1, 100 estimate for new bearings... Keep in mind, Bearings I did not need !!!
I guess you would say I am being Arrogant for being smart enough not to let you do work on my vehicle that I did not need !!!
