Will not even return a phone call
To Telemarketer: You ARE a scam. You saying that you're not a scam doesn't mean that you're not one. I had my credit card charged immediately after you got the information even though I was told that that wouldn't happen until after the trial period. I sent the CDs back unused over a month ago and still have yet to see my money returned. To anyone and everyone that's considering using the University Prep Center CDs...don't. Save yourself some time and money. They're predators just waiting for a concerned parent to fall into their claws.

It is too a scam! Watch your credit card statements. They will charge EACH MONTH. Sure, they sell you with a "former teacher" and then... BAM! And then the manager, Heather, how RUDE! Don't try to reason with them. DON'T BUY!
