I am not sure if you understand my complaint, what i want to do is return the merchandise that you send me, because the dresses are not even similar to the dresses you shown in your page, and of course the dresses i expected to receive. I'm totally dissatisfied with your products, it seems a case of false advertisting. My rights as a consumer are very clear in that aspect, and if Im not satify or feel that it is a fraud, I can get the total refund of my money as soon as i request it, as I´m doing now.
So please, i dont think its necessary to send you the pictures of the merchandise you sent me, You as a Costumer service department know prefectly the products you comercialize, (its thats simple as to take a look in the products you sell in your web and the merchandise you manufacture), it is not a problem of sizes or color as you mencioned in your e-mail, the problem, I repeat, is that I bought a product thinking that it will be the same as the picture you shown in your web, and what i get are dresses of third rate or less.
I understand this is not the first time you receive this kind of claims, In order to finish with tedious affair, I demand from your company give me back the money I paid, I consider it is very fair considering, besides all of I ve just mentioned, the fact that I had to buy other dresses for my wedding, So for me it was a double spend of money (not considering the shipping!), money that now I have to pay to my credit card.
I am completely sure your company, as same as me, wants to solve this problem inmediately and on the best terms. In that case, please let me know asap the way you are going to send me back my money and the adress where I have to send your merchandise.

If you want to purchase dress on line. I want to recommend Peridress to you. It is my real experience. I have ordered one wedding gown and two bridesmaid dresses with Peridress. I am very pleased with all of the services put in these dresses, from exquisite tailoring to quick delivery. Now I have the package in my hands. I must say that they are so beautiful and no need to subject to any alteration. How superb the craftsmanship is! All beading details are just gorgeous! I have attached pictures I will definitely bordering from peridress again and recommending it to friends. I appreciate all staffs' great patience with this anxious bride. A 15 day processing time really means that 5 weeks later it still hasn't shipped

I want to warn all potential buyers on the site of TIDEBUY. I bought a wig for my wedding day. I took an advance of over two weeks so I can get it in time (according to their promise between 2-8 days delivery) wig came after dozens of emails only a month after the deadline. The product was not made proper, and extremely badly. Severely disappointed again after countless emails without any responds from their part. Finally i received a reply that they are willing to "compassion me" ... And give me a credit of $ 10 for the next time I'll buy there ... Completely ridiculous . I had paid nearly $ 300 the Wig worth for the garbage… maybe ten dollars. So please! If anyone thinking of buying there please run away like from fire burn from this site where people liars and never get close to the product you order. Thank you.

I received the intact package from Peridress in time! Totally one week before the promised data! I couldn’t be happier for it was a most stunning dress I have had! It fits me so well! Thanks for their excellent work put in my dress! Especially the experienced seamstress! The costume jacket matches the dress perfectly! It seems that I am the focus of the wedding banquet for the beautiful dress! Everyone was asking me where the dress from is! Recommendation was unnecessary to be done! Peridress is the Best! Yes, Peridress is a good choice to purchase dress. I have a wedding dress of white simple style from Peridress! They made and sent it to me after promised days! It looks amazing! I was pissed off too, i stupidly ordered more than 10 dresses from them. As i thought the price was so cheap as what it look on the website. up till now i still haven't received another 6dresses it more than 50days already. some dresses which arrived was not look the same as the dress on the website what i received was just look so ugly cheap, cheap material and many headaches along the way.
BETTER DONT BUY FROM TIDEBUY, so you wont be so headache like i do. pay for reasonable price than stupidly cheap and expect gorgeous look...no way only stupidly cheap look arrive..

I have bought a dress from Tidebuy and to my surprise is not what i was expecting ... I have called them 4 times asking how to return the dress ... Answer'We will send you an email tomorrow' and today there is already the third tomorrow. just in case Tidebuy will read this the order # is153592 and the dress is roughly the way it is picture the adhesives are opening when you move and the waist area looks really bad comparing with the picture... So I still whait for that email hoping it will came in a timely manner considering the 15 day returning pollicy. I wish mot to deal with you Tidebuy.com

Prom Dress
I ordered a dress from this company for my daughters prom which took them a month to ship, when we received the dress my daughter was so disappointed of the of the quality of the fabric that it was use to make not only that but also the thread that was holding the sequences were coming off leaving them on the floor as she tried it on. I emailed them to try to return the dress but now they are not even emailing me back anymore. They tell you that before you send the item back you will need an authorization number before shipping it, but they are ignoring my request now. Please avoid this company if you don't want to lose your money.

Never received order.
I had purchased two beautiful comforters. Both arrived to the U.S. but only one was delivered to me. I love the queen size comforter with the cream and burgundy roses which I received but what about the other??? It was a king size with black background and big, gorgeous purple & red roses- that was the first one I saw and fell in love with!!! I just checked your website and it says out of stock!!!! This is sooooo disappointing.... was anxiously waiting for it :((( Now what happens??? Will I still get it???
